1. What data we collect
When you connect Next Move to your CRM, we access contact information and engagement history (calls, emails, meetings, notes) strictly for the purpose of generating your recommended next move. We also store your account email, your tenant configuration (product description, signature, language) and basic usage metrics to enforce fair-use limits.
2. How we use it
CRM data is used in real time to score leads and draft outreach. We cache analysis results so a lead that hasn't changed doesn't consume AI tokens again. We do not sell your data, do not use it to train third-party models, and do not share it with other tenants.
3. Who has access
Your CRM data is accessible only to authenticated users in your tenant. Our AI provider (OpenAI) processes prompts under their zero-retention enterprise terms. Search queries for public-web context use Serper.dev and contain only the company name and domain — never your contacts' personal data.
4. Your rights
You can disconnect your CRM at any time, which immediately revokes our access. On request to felipe.gcanal@gmail.com, we will delete your tenant data within 30 days.
