Terms of Service | Next Move

1. The service

Next Move is an AI sales co-pilot that connects to your CRM, scores your contacts, and drafts outreach. By using it you agree to these terms.

2. Free trial & billing

All plans include a 15-day free trial with full Pro-tier access. No credit card is required for the trial. You only enter payment if you choose to continue. Plans are billed per user, per month, prorated when you add or remove seats.

3. Fair use

Each tier ships with monthly lead-analysis limits that cover normal SDR workloads. If you go meaningfully above your tier's cap repeatedly, we'll reach out to discuss upgrading rather than throttle without notice.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Next Move to send spam, deceive recipients, or violate any sender policy. We reserve the right to suspend tenants that abuse the service.

5. Liability

Next Move is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it up and accurate, but you are responsible for reviewing AI output before sending it.
